Not yet hit unsupported solo 200 miles / 322 km w/ my gravel bike. So decided to try it out. 200+ miles is always tough.
The first stint was 184 km. Had to eat something. And took another lamp since my main lamp ran out of battery. So did another 140 km loop plus some extras.
BOLT v2 had 17% of battery left after 14h. My chain is done. This is already 3rd chain after 4000 km. 1x is eating chains like crazy.
The weather was excellent.
So my previous best was 222km in 10h solo WCH which I won. Tho the surface was like swamp and things like that.
This time it was like 1 mile of gravel then the rest was tarmac. Didn't have time to make routes.

My front light gave out after 67,48km yesterday and after 3:38h. (Yeah, I wasn’t going very fast)
Very fortunately, it was like 2 minutes from my apartment. Just needed to cross a street, go up some stairs, walk past two buildings to get to the front door. I could have ridden the bike the big road around, but I didn’t want to risk it, since I’m always astonished and baffled by people riding with no lights.
I guess if I were to undertake something similar to this, I better start it in the morning on a sunny day. 😅
