It’s a nice bike but a bit older. Rim brakes vs. modern disc. $800 feels a bit steep but it depends on local market conditions.

Buying someone a bike as a gift is risky as sizing is tricky. This is a 56cm bike, so a Large (or medium-large). You want to be sure the person will fit the bike.

  2. Not a terrible bike, is the person your shopping for looking for a road bike? How tall is the person your shopping for and what is their inseam.

don’t buy someone a bike they’ve never put ass on first. IT might not fit them regardless of what measurements you have.

  4. Yes.

Arguably ~$100 high, but if it’s in barely used shape, that’s not a big deal.

Be sure to clean it thoroughly first as it looks like the previous owner used it for triathlons and some triathletes don’t bother to get off their bikes when they pee. … Yup…

Also, if it’s been stored for a while, it might/could use grease, tires, tubes and such.
