I was trying to adjust chain tension (I ride fixed gear) by moving the wheel slightly back, but I noticed I couldn’t do it without having it misaligned.. it would work if the two “U” were both in a straight line but here they are not.
Is it normal ? if yes, how to tension my chain without messing up my alignment?
Thanks

1. How does that even happen?
2. That’s never going back.
Yes it’s bent. You need a new frame. Did you not notice before or was your bike in an accident? (A car rammed into it while parked, or attempted robbery?)
yes, it is bent. looks like a car rolled over the back wheel and trashed the frame.. you could possibly heat it up and pull it back in to shade, but is it worth it?
bent as a butchers hook
How… How long have you been riding it like that? I’m amazed you could even fit a wheel in it.
Unless you’re good with a welder and have a LOT of patience, get a new frame.
That is a rethorical question, right?
The far side one has a horrible bend on a rather weak part of the frame. I would not ride this, but am curious how this happened.

It’s Been two months since I got this bike, and on the sellers pic, it doesn’t seem bent. I noticed this a short while ago but didn’t think too much about it since it rode perfectly. Seller’s pic :

My only hypothesis is that it got hit by a car while parked but it’s highly unlikely since it is rarely elsewhere than in a bike storage room or at my place… Tf??
Edit: tysm everyone for your replies
Could just be a parallax distortion and you just need a new camera. 😉
