Is your chainline fucked? The chain should be pointed inwards towards bb if you are in lowest gear

Shorten the chain?

Need to see it in the largest cogs before deciding if you can shorten the chain

did you set it up exactly how the app tells you to? Chain lenght, setup key position, setup cog?

Normally needs a touch of b tension for SRAM.

Check the back of the rear derailleur, you should see 2 lines on the piece that engages with the frame at the full mount. If they are not inline with one another you may need to loosen the rear axle, then the derailleur each one full turn. After doing so you should be able to realign. Do this in the 6th cog (red ring) or 7th cog as determined by the full mount calculator in the axs app. This will also tell you the correct chain length. I would assume if it’s a new bike from the box that the chain was cut correctly at the factory. SRAM has helpful set up videos that are also accessible via the AXS app.
