  1. Let’s gooo! looks good man I’m stuck in the same boat not throwing fast enough been trying to throw them as fast as I can doing pull up bars to get muscle memory on the speed needed

    The hop is the problem imo, it looks like you already throw the bars pretty quick

    You’re not able to throw the bars until you’re pretty much on the way down, so you need to hop higher so you can level out as you’re still travelling up and the bars have enough time to come around.

    This is sick though man, keep practicing!
