Battery and motor came to around £400 from yose power combined with a brand new new old stock frame from go outdoors for £80 it’s a lovely classic little ride to work and back
Is that a front wheel mounted motor? I wonder how different that feels vs the classic rear wheel drive. Could be very different in tight turns!

I see a lot of cordless mowers going into the trash, since their batteries fail so often. I suspect the brushless motors and controllers in them could be salvaged.
