Should I get the marin kentfield 1 used for $250?

Marin makes solid budget bikes, and from this one very bad picture I can see:

* tires look good
* pedals have been upgraded
* saddle has been upgraded (though that’s not necessarily a good thing if you don’t like that saddle)
* frame bag added

Without looking closely at it, I’d say it’s worth the money as long as it fits you.

I’ve got a Kentfield 2 and it’s great. I love the more relaxed and upright geometry compared to the average sports hybrid. I upgraded to hydraulic brakes though as the mechanical ones are very lacking.
