First bike, is it worth it?

Hi, I’ve been recently looking for a bike on marketplace. I usually use bike shares in the city but since we have a free bike storage in my building I thought to purchase one for myself.
Initially I’ve been looking for something free or super cheap since I don’t bike much, only a few times during summer. However, I just stumbled upon this bike and with a quick search online the price seems very good.
I wanted to ask if this is a really good deal, or not? And is there room for negotiation, or is this already a good price?
