today I’m in one of the oldest and allegedly most beautiful University towns in Germany welcome to heidleberg there are six universities in hiber the largest is the r University it was founded in 1386 making it the oldest German University there are currently around 30,000 students 5,500 of whom come from abroad one of them is Ariel Nora from Mexico shows me the old University this is where you find the historic auditorium today this lecture hall is only used for festive events what about you maybe you feel like studying here or just visiting the city

  1. I have been accepted to study a masters program at HEIDELBERG university and wanted to ask whether this is an expensive city or not
    and second is it hard to find a part-time job in this city (i definitely need a job to support my study and all).
    I would appreciate it if you give me some figures.
    FYI: I got no knowledge of the GERMAN language

  2. We(family) lives here over 200 years now. Its the most beautiful city in the world. But we have to much tourists, stay at home, dont come to Heidelberg. Go to Berlin!
