Bought this bike used and I'm doing some maintenance, looking at the chain tension I saw that it goes from pretty tight to a little loose.
Is this normal? If not, can I repair it or do I have to change the chainring?
Pretty normal. Round things are never perfectly round.

Yes, it’s normal for the chain tension to change as you turn the crank. This happens because chainrings are never perfectly flat or round. Your chain looks too tight.

Somewhat normal. Slightly loose is going to be better for wear than too tight. I’d back off a little bit.

For a free wheel I’d give the chain more space. It looks damn tight at times. If you’re riding fixed – dunno what’s proper. (It’s seems too tight though – I’d let it breathe)
That it’s not uniformly tense is ok.

Sure looks too tight to me, but I don’t have a lot of exp with single speeds

Looks fine, could go a little looser if you wanted. But for the love of God keep your hand off the moving chain, good way to lose a finger.

Yo chain is way way way too tight

Tight is too tight.
At no point in the revolution of your cranks should the chain ‘bind’

A bit tight.

For a fixie I would say it is fine. I would always tension the chain for the tightest spot not to snap it, when I was riding a fixie. Falling chains was always a terrible experience.

A bit tight in my opinion, if it’s too tight now it’s gonna be worse under load. Both my fixed gear have a “tight” spot on the chain. Setting tension on that spot leaves it a bit sloppy on the 180° but under load it all works out.
