Finished my first build last night! Had to stand back and drink my beer while Ode to Joy played. This could get addictive. Rode it to the bottle bank this morning to get rid of the supplies from the past four weeks.
1×8 fast commuter type thing to suit my roadie tastes, just as I need to start commuting into London (š¢) in November(š¢š¢š¢). Not sure if Iām going to take it into London or lock up at the station.
Parts list on slide 3. I did get it sandblasted and professionally painted, cost about 20 times what I paid for the frame
[Edit: meant to say. Really not sure about the leopard print (?) bar tape but in fairness, for Ā£1 and my first attempt at wrapping bars, worth it.]

The saddle angle looks very off and suggests fitment issues. You’re probably compensating for *something* if that’s what’s most comfortable.
