Classical Quill Stem?

Hi all,

I recently picked up a quill stem stamped with the word "Classical" on it, and I’m trying to identify the brand or model. It’s a polished alloy stem with the following specs:

• Clamp size: 25.4 mm
• Quill length: 130 mm
• Extension (reach): 80 mm
• Logo: "Classical" stamped on the side (no other markings I can see)

It appears to be vintage or retro-styled, possibly Italian or Japanese, but I haven’t found much information online. Could it be a house-brand stem or something from Deda, SR, or Nitto?

Any help identifying it, or even pointing me toward similar models, would be greatly appreciated!
