I recently bought this old Raleigh/Hercules and am refurbishing it. I put new alloy rims on it because the old rims had a bad krinkle/rust spots on them. I think it might have been in a wreck previously. If you look at the front fender you can see a krinkle under the brake caliper. Any way, when riding it, if I take my hands off the handle bars it pulls hard to left. It doesn't look like the fork is bent but what else would cause it to do that?
