Took the advice and switched out the drop bars for some VO tourists. Changed the brakes/brake shoes to some koolstops. Ergon cork GC1 grips. Have the modified bottle cage and clamps on and some bling on the cranks (burgundy SR caps and some anodized steel bolts). Switched out the cable/housing with some jagwire. Had to order from china for one of their discontinued colors (a more muted gold). Finally some killey/Soma lights. I did get a new AD decal for the front from the reborn AD cycles and am waiting for replacement 531 decals for one side of the fork and seat tube.
