… I don’t know which size Aeroad to buy. I am pretty long-legged: 174cm, 87cm inseam. In store they put me on the S first, which canyons sizing calculator agrees with. It felt good for a short test ride, i love the racy feel.
However, the guy wanted me to test the M too because of my long legs, the saddle to handlebar drop was extreme. Not the max, seatpost can come out a little further but yeah, very aggressive. The M also felt fine but i felt more stretched out, closer to what my Rose (which i’ll be keeping) feels like right now.
I do ride longer tours and he was of the opinion that starting at like 150km i would be in the pain on the S. To me, however, the M just felt a tiny little big for me since my torso is obviously shorter due to long legs.
Anyone with the same or similar measurements? WHAT DO I DO? WHICH ONE DO I PUT IN MY CART? (Sorry for yelling)

180cm and 86inseam here. Riding an Medium bike. No changes on the handelbar. Seatpost up to 6 on scale. Generally I would stay with canyons recommended size. Especially when it felt great. If you are missing a bit reach, add the aero drops and you get one cm more effective reach
