
Went to a tamale making party yesterday for Dia de los Muertos. We made too many to cook them all in one day, so we had to wait until this afternoon for our share to be ready. We got tamales stuffed with chicken mole, poblano chiles and cheese, and shredded pork in red sauce. Lunch this week will be dope. Used my '87 Miyata Valley Runner. Recently cut off two inches of the Wald 898 bars and I think they may be the ones for this bike. I like the Ergon cork GP1L grips, but thinking I may swap back to the long ESI extra chunky foam grips since there's so much grip area.
