  1. Yeah you are way, way too slow. But build up to it gently, tables are made for casing, and focus on technique and control as you case it closer and closer to the landing 😉

Ditch the backpack. The shifting weight can really mess you up if you’re learning. Then yeah, like other people said, just go a little faster until you clear it. Make sure you’re in the right gear as you’re gaining speed too.

Same as every other jump. Go the correct speed for that particular jump, and use good jumping technique.

If you’re unsure of the speed, you can ask a local for a “tow”. This means you follow behind them on the jump so that you can match their speed.

If you’re unsure of technique you can refer to YouTube.

Go much much much faster, take off the bag, maybe follow someone that can clear the junp so you know the speed needed to clear.

  5. +1 for the Tineretului skatepark popping up on reddit 🙂
PS: don’t know the answer…but my 13yo son surely flies over that table

  6. First, work on pumping. Then work on much smaller jumps until they’re easy. Then increase the size as you become comfortable. Then do this jump when you already know how to do it.

  7. Go faster but also boost off the lip by compressing into the jump and bunny hopping off your rear tire at the last second. Practice until it’s easy.
