High spec components on the not-a-race-bike Domane frame makes this hard to price. Eyeballing it, it could be around $3000.
To be slightly more rigorous, here’s a comparable Emonda with Ultegra at $2700: https://www.theproscloset.com/products/8334780858560-trek-emonda-sl-6-disc-pro-road-bike-2022-54cm. Knock at least $500 off their price for private sale (TPC prices higher than private party, because they’re providing a service and overhead on top of the physical bike), and then add back $500 for Dura-Ace vs Ultegra, or whatever you agree to value that at. Basically, I’d pin it down that “if not for Dura-Ace, we’d close this at around $2000-$2200”, where that’s a mutually-obvious value based on comps, and then you just have to hash out how much the Dura-Ace matters to both sides as to how much more value to add to the transaction.
