You can see the frame is bent on the top tube. Dude smashed into something. Fork is effed, frame is effed. Rear wheel and the chain are probably still good.
“Brakes don’t work with drop bars” as they found out.
Front wheel looks fine lol. The frame and fork are both gonna be buttered toast.
