Was looking at this bike today, $1250 seems like a good price for it. I am just looking for something to get me out riding again without breaking the bank while still being capable of handling single black tech and jumplines.

If it’s in good condition and everything works it’s a great deal. Bicycle blue books has its value at a little over 2k
I’d buy that in a second if it fit me and nothing important were broken (I.e. the frame)
If it needs a fork service and brake bleed and shit even a new derailleur or a whee it’s still a good deal.
Solid price if it’s in good shape. Slash 8 will handle what you’re throwing at it.
