I would say that’s a great price. All other things being equal like condition of all the parts.
I had a Fuji Roubaix frame much like that one and it was great. Check the condition of the carbon parts for cracks or scrapes, other than that go for it.

I just retired mine. It developed a crack in the rear bracket at the carbon/ally join. Was a great bike for the 1000s of miles we shared.
