I’m looking to put a bigger cassette on my 8s RB-1 to help me battle these Seattle hills.
It currently has an 11-25 with a Dura Ace 7402 rear derailleur.
I would like to put an 11-32 Claris HG50 cassette on while keeping the Dura Ace derailleur. Would a Wolf Tooth Roadlink (or similar device) work to accomplish this?
If not, then would an Acera RD-M3020-8 derailleur be my best bet?
Thanks in advance!

That older Dura Ace will not like the 32 tooth cassette, I think the 25 or maybe 26 tooth is max. You may get away with a 28 if you’re careful.
Maybe change out the crank to a more modern 110 bolt pattern, then a 34 /46 combo.
I rode that group set with 53-39/11-28.
A roadlink won’t work with older mechs as far as I know. IMO it would seem criminal to mess up the look of that bike with a crappy looking rear mech too though, so how about getting stronger legs?
Seriously though, that’s a nice bike. As suggested in another reply, I’d look for a vintage looking compact crankset to give you more range rather than replace mech with a low end modern one.
That’s a really nice group set in good condition. Personally I’d consider pulling the whole thing off and selling it to someone who wants a nice complete vintage group and buy a modernish Shimano drivetrain with a compact crank and wider range cassette. I’m sure others will disagree but I’d hate to see that derailleur snap because it was overextended.
