OUR VISIT TO BOURDEILLES VILLAGE. DORDOGNE. PERIGORD-VERT.

The sun is shining, so we jump on the bikes and head off to the nearby Dordogne village of BOURDEILLES.
It’s a quiet, scenic ride through the Dordogne countryside until we reach Bourdeille..a lovely picturesque village on the river Dronne. It boasts a very impressive Chateau, a lovely medieval centre, and a gorgeous spot on the river, with little bars, cafés and restaurants to tickle the taste buds.
Definitely worth a visit.

[Music] [Applause] [Music] it’s not raining so we are finally getting out and about on the bikes we’ve not been out on the bikes for a good few days so we’re really looking forward to this apparently there are a couple of villages that are cyclable from here so we’re going to go and check them out um we’ll give you a little wcky on the way right right let’s go apparently it’s up this road here we shall see well it’s the 23rd of September and we are cycling through the door in glorious Sunshine can’t be bad oh oh oh that’s pretty impressive Bell Tower look at that oh you can’t see it hang on a minute I think that’s got real proper bells in it burnard like real good old fashion bells oh I’d like to wear them having a bit of a dingdong gorgeous Church oh look Randon and a view sign let’s go and have a look information about the church church of Peters in Chains oh nice oh now let me get a view ah look let me get a view of the River from here oh and the sun’s just come out look at that beautiful over the river you can walk down there we’re going to go and have a look what do you think so far bero it’s pretty awesome isn’t it it’s just like being at home yeah not really let’s go have a little water down this prominade down here oh good good steps hi fedy taking a photo of me the gardens in the river [Music] ding dong ah oh here we are look here the Village Center well that’s a bit of an impressive touret that’s a lovely little little um Center well is’t that pretty look at that that little Street there look I W expecting that oh I say uh I think you probably have to pay to go in there which uh we don’t know it’s quite impressive from the outside I we’ll say there you go the shatow de budy you can go through the first little bit of gate I think and then you get to reception let’s have a little look in here at them walls Ah that’s why you have to pay to go in okay fair enough that’ll do H do me I’m sure it’s very impressive inside I think I best go find Bernard cuz I kind of left him with the bikes which wasn’t very fair look at that for a view that is absolutely stunning that is quite gorgeous right let’s go back into the little Center and find Bernard there he is look waiting patiently for his very annoying wife Bernie’s having a little sit down cuz he’s a bit hot so I’m just going to have a little Little Wonder really what’s down here let’s have a look oh it’s just a little walk around the outskirts of the chatau Walk look at this it’s built right into the Rock oh it does come down to the river look I could hear the river oh that’s lovely oh you can see the ramp parts from here jutting out over the river amazing oh it’s a little boating alley look oh what a fantastic little surprise that’s a lovely little walkway around the back here I can’t believe it’s on those rocks look at that it’s a major building there that’s for sure look so pretty and we’re over the bridge at that little stream oh here we go over the bridge here we are on the bridge p serron in a park public park where you can come and have a picnic the picnic absolutely gorgeous back along this little Street and then it brings you back around to the main area to the main Square gorgeous there’s another little Street up there oh yeah look another one up there there’s burned look sat there still waiting for me beautiful oh sun’s out [Applause] gorgeous
