i got this rear wheel thinking it was a quick release however i was wrong, would anyone be able to suggest and adapters or end caps to put on this wheel to fit my frame? (150mm end to end), i have lost the cassette side stock end cap of the wheel and am struggling to find one small enough for the wheel to fit in the frame with both side end caps and adapters, i am unable to find any info on where to find spare or replacement end caps for the wheel.

Look up the brand of the hub and you can usually buy qr end caps
On the front you can use an insert which reduces the 15 or 12 mm to 9 and extend on the sides.
But for the rear you can’t really do that because both the thru-axle end extends 3,5 mm too far for quick releases.
Trying anyway would be sketchy because it would require to stretch the frame. Even if the rear triangle would allow it (steel maybe) the dropouts wouldn’t be aligned, and neither would the derailler.
It’s kinda of a shame that the 2 standards are almost identical, but without proprietary end caps you can’t have retrocompatibility.
First of all, is it the right hub spacing? Boost vs non-boost?
