Yes. It is the bare carbon and no black paint. I have the same and they look the same.
Yes, you’re seeing the carbon layers. There’s no paint, only clear sealer. Appearance changes depending on light and the direction of the fibres.
I don’t have any of that on mine (oem wheels on Domane+ SLR6)
