Drilled into it earlier to fit a torx, didnt work. I don't have a extractor or sum. It's too small to grab pliers, i just dont know what to do

either keep drilling till the head separates from the bolt or cut the bolt with a dremel from the side in the slotted bit of the clamp.
Keep drilling till its out and get another bolt for it or just change everything
IDK where you live or what your financial situation is like, but a set of Ragusa locking grips is like ₱100, and not worth the cost of an extractor set. I’d destructively remove as /u/resident-cricket-710 describes and replace with something that doesn’t use butter for hardware.
