This Is Old Low End Janky ‘85 Raleigh Grand Mesa Mountain Tour Holds Extreme Sentimental Value To Me. How Would You Approach This Restoration? Modernize It, Or Take It Back To OG?

Any and all recommendations are appreciated. I’ll never get rid of this bike due to memories of a loved one and would love to get it back to road worthy. It has two different crank arms and does not have the Moose Bars. I appreciate y’all for taking the time to explain what parts would be needed- CABK
