Why people are moving to Croatia. One, the Mediterranean that still feels real. Crystal water, stone towns, fresh seafood. No crowds, no chaos. It is Europe’s coast before it got commercial. Two. EU comfort. Balkan prices. Same euro, same safety. Rent is half of Spain. Coffee is still €2. You live Western but spend eastern. Three. The shocking calm. No one rushes. No one argues. You ask, “When will it be done?” They smile. “Tomorrow.” And somehow it actually gets done. Four. A digital nomad’s dream. One-year visa, no tax on foreign income, fast Wi-Fi, peaceful towns by the sea. Everyone is working, yet no one looks stressed. Croatia is not loud, rich, or famous. It is just balanced. And that is the real shock. A country where peace is the new luxury.

  1. As a fellow croatian that lived there, shit does DEF NOT get done there. You wait ages for everything. Lets not even start talking about how many months you have to wait to go see a doctor, have a checkup, do surgery, do scans and etc.

  2. We don't need these IG influencer wannabe girls to watch these videos. And please tell us, how is it not crowded When people are flocking there?

  3. But…..the more of this gets out. The more it’s will get ruined. There is little sign that things are slowing changing ☹️ in the negative way.
I’m just trying to appreciate the moment before it goes the other direction

  4. Daniel 7:13-14 Niv❤ 13 “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

  5. Croatia- half of the population does NOT work, there are more Croatians outside of Croatia than in the country itself.
Prizes are deadly for those who actually still live there.
    Everybody argues all the time…
But I still love it, and it's good how one can see it so romantically as you do, so thank you for this video 🙂

  6. She got half of things right about Croatia like its beauty stunning beaches beautiful and very clean stone cities amazing seafood as far as prices she’s way off it’s expensive especially for locals rent and properties are expensive along the coast, it’s little cheaper when you go about an hour or 2 away from the cost, yeah coffee is 2 euros for a very small cup ☕️ about 3-4oz, I’m from Croatia little island called Čiovo next to city Split, I live in New Jersey but I go back every summer for about a month
