I’m looking for a good entry road bike and found this used Cannondale Synapse on the marketplace. Owner said it’s in excellent condition and mainly been hanging in their garage. What do you think?

That is a very good entry bike imo, the only thing that I would do is 1st of all a good maintenance, then change the pedals and tires (in case that is needed )and if u want to be better lookin the bottle cages and the bar tape but that is just for the aesthetic . If there is no damage on the frame I think that you found a nice first bike for 250.
