Just get a small left handed drill bit and use reverse on drill to extract it. Should come right out.
Just make sure bit is small enough to fit hex screw

You can remove it with a Torx bit and then find another screw to replace it.

I’ve had reasonable success hammering a slightly oversized torx bit in. Another option for that one as the head is sitting proud is that you can use a pair of multi grip pliers on the outside of the bolt
