Varicocele is a condition where the veins in the scrotum become enlarged and swollen. These veins, known as the pampiniform plexus, are part of the spermatic cord, which supports and supplies blood to the testicles. Varicocele often affects the left side of the scrotum due to the angle at which the left testicular vein enters the left renal vein. It can cause pain, testicular atrophy (shrinkage), and may contribute to infertility. The exact cause of varicoceles isn’t fully understood, but it’s thought to be related to faulty valves in the veins. Treatment options include watchful waiting, medication for pain, or surgery, depending on the severity and associated symptoms.

Left epididymal body and tail appeears mildly bulky and heterogeneous with mildly increased internal vesicularity. Mild fluid few internal septations noted in left scrotal sac . Left sided epididymitis with mild reactive hydrocele.
But sir testis pain is common withe Kidney stone which is inspected at lower part of the ureter
