Hey, so im a complete noob when it comes to (e)-bikes and their repair.
As the title says, my used e-bike keeps skipping around and makes a loud CLUNK noise every few moments, I think only in the two highest gears. I googled aorund a bit:
I think my chain is too long? or is the casette too used? I really don't know, as I have no experience, i hope the photos help. Thank you guys π Its an Victoria e-urban 5.7.

You chain isn’t too long, it’s just too loose. You’ll need to loosen the rear axle, pull the wheel back in the dropouts to add tension to the chain, then tighten it back up. If the issue persists something else is wrong.
that chain needs more tension and it appears you have sliding dropouts to fix this issue.
If itβs used it could be stretched and worn beyond belief
Where is the chewed up braided cable coming from in pic 6? Looks like itβs bound up in the freewheel. Hard to tell from the angle.
If you have a good bike shop near you go in and ask them. Adjusting the internally geared hub you have may be a bit difficult if you had to google to know your chain lacked tension.
Basic bicycle maintenance. The chain is worn. You can get by for a while by loosening the axle nuts and sliding the rear wheel back to tension the chain. You should replace it with a new one soon. Visit a bike shop for parts and assistance.
The chain is knackered in some way. There’s a stiff link. Check the wear on it before replacing to see if you need to replace the chainring and rear sprocket too.
I am concerned that if this basic maintenance hasn’t been done, there are probably other things that have been missed too. It would be a really good idea to get the lbs to check it over for you.

Get a couple wrenches out and move the wheel back a bit. Should fix it.
