Put a drop of liquid threadlocker there.
That blue is thread locker, it needs reapplying, search for ‘medium strength thread locker’
3 times in 2 months? Hmm that’s odd, okay get some loctite on there do it up nice and snug and if it comes out again go get it checked as that would maybe indicate the threads are going in the bolt hole.
