I am currently looking around for a 2nd hand bike and saw this posting on Facebook Marketplace in my area. It looks like the front stem, handlebars, seat and wheels have been swapped out.
Kind of want to get a second opinion here before I buy.

The frame looks legit. Just make sure you are comfortable with a slammed stem as you won’t be able to bring it back up again
