Not tubeless? I had a comparable slice years ago while riding overseas. Fortunately had a five euro note to be a boot and the tire lasted hundreds more miles. The old trick with tubes tires is the folded dollar bill.

Might here ran over something knarly. Sidewall damage sucks! So far once in my lifetime.
