I am new to Brompton. I have the bike folded, with the hook in place, seat down. But when I lift by seat, it immediately comes apart. This is a 2025 P-line. The rear wheel stays locked, but the hook immediately comes undone.
Why does my Brompton unfold as soon as I pick it up?

P line stop is adjustable, if gap is to big, it will come partially unfolded, check page 13 of the p lines manual, for visual.
Make the gap for the stop smaller, and then the frame won’t lift as much when you pick it up.
maybe the clip at the fork is misaligned or the hook to the chainstays aren’t all the way hooked in. I must say QC should’ve fixed this from factory or at the bike shop
