Hi, I'm wondering if someone can tell me precisely which route they are riding in the first minute of this video. All I know is they are riding north toward Sulmona. Also, it would be great if anyone has any quiet (i.e. little traffic), scenic suggestions for adding a few days onto whatever route they are riding. Thanks.
