The only hard thing to do is cable management inside of a frame.

3 if 2 doesn’t come with a fork

3 for sure! That’s a nice fork. Everybody should start with a hardtail imo.

Skip the Marin. Looks like 2015 model. Outdated geometry.

Marin is has a floating link suspension. Looks very similar to DW-link suspensions. It is good for both climbing and descending if you have trails like that. Full suspension is easier on the body.
If you have mostly flat smooth trails go with one of the hard tails

Beginner at building or riding?
If you’re talking building then 1 and 2 should offer a similar level of challenge, assuming the rear sus on the first is assembled and ready to go. If 3 already has the headset installed then it’s got one less thing to worry about. Otherwise the build experience for all 3 should be similar.

First you need to decide what kind of project you want to start – full suspension enduro bike, hardtail trail bike, fully rigid gravel commuter – and then you’ll be able to figure out which frame is the right one.

As a beginner font start a bike build project. Get a complete bike and start riding.

You sound British?! Have a look at some of the beautiful brands from UK perhaps. Stanton, Starling, Cotic, Pace etc.
