Hey guys, it’s been awhile since my partner used her B75 and it’s so difficult to unfold as seen in the video. How do I fix this part? Like which part do I even lubricate? Or is there something else that’s causing this issue?

You probably need to lubricate the head tube/front hinge. I had the same issue, used some silicon spray there, and it’s been fine ever since
Folding hinge too tight. You should inquire the dealer with this issue when the bike is new.
A few drops of 3in1 oil into the hinge pin, open and close until it starts moving more smoothly.

OP get some heavy weight chain lube drop it into the hinge gaps and gently work the hinge repeat till smooth, if that doesn’t fix the issue you’ll need a new hinge pin. Also keep it lubed every 2-4 weeks to prevent this happening again.
