Obviously it's been painted, but underneath the bottom bracket has 6RJM20A-11 BI-2199 and HBQTL41375 stamped. From what I've read, BI-2199 could be a 2011 WTP Justice, but wanted to see if anybody can confirm.

Hoffman bikes I’m not sure what model
Unfortunately almost impossible to tell without a decal or stamped logo.
Bb serials means absolutely nothing without knowing the brand unfortunately.
