Close to pulling the trigger on this 2013 Specialized Tricross Elite Disc Compact for $500. It seems to be in good condition. This is my first time buying a bike so not sure exactly what to look for in regards to damage. I’m planning to look under the bike for cracks.
I couldn’t find a whole lot of information for this bike online, but it seems great for my use. I want something I can commute with and ride around a paved path. Couldn’t decide between a gravel bike and road bike and this seems sort of in-between.
I think it’s an okay deal and seller would include the seat bag and frame bag, lights, wahoo tracker (I don’t see this pictured and not sure exactly what it does, but when I look it up online seems like the value could be around $300), and a set of aggressive tread gum wall tires.
Would love to hear any thoughts on this price point and the bike in general.
