The route starts and ends in ottawa. It uses the Prescott russel trail to get from Ottawa to Quebec. After crossing at oka I followed bike networks to Le Petit Train du Nord and followed that trail to Mont tremblant. I visited Montreal on my return. If anyone is attempting something similar don’t be afraid to ask for some advice !
