    For sure!

Until, well….until…it hears you. Then you hear it. Distant at first, but then closer. At first it was perhaps just a small animal, that first time. But then closer, and no, that’s not a small animal. It’s probably just a raccoon and I’m close to the end of the path anyway. If I just push the pace I’ll reach the clearing and then the street light isn’t that far. I’ll just push the pace, that’s it, but now I hear it…and it’s in front of me now. I can’t go faster I’m at the edge already. Maybe if I just……..

    Then it’s so quiet.

Just the sound of breathing and teeth closing. And opening and closing again.

It reminds me of the summers in the village with my friends cycling until midnight and “exploring” the darkness 😂😂
At the end we were just a bunch of kids scared of the dark… Good times…

  3. I often ride at night and go along the back of the cemetery in sleepy hollow. Yes, the sleepy hollow where the headless horseman lives 🎃

It’s actually pretty spooky. Especially when there’s like 6 sets of glowing eyes from the deer in the woods looking at you.

  4. I ride like that all winter, it’s fun when riding with at least one more person. Alone in the dark is too scary for me ☠️

I love my LED light bar. And my dewalt battery zip tied to my top tube. Then my light on my helmet. Haha

  6. Been doing quite a bit of night riding with my friends lately and having really been enjoying it. It’s such a cool experience, especially with the right set up!!
