  1. List for $1100. Take 900 if you can get it. 800 if you want to not sit on it for a while. It’s the worst time of year in the worst year for used bike prices.

Cool bike.  You’re not getting your money back from anll the upgrades.

Unless you’re going to get evicted or have a friend in need wheels, keep the bike.

  3. Keep the parts and buy a frames man. You probably won’t get value for them. You could also sell individually.

  4. With the head tube damage, part it out or buy a new frame and put those bits on it. That’s a bad place to see a repair or damage

Are you not going to even address that jacked up head tube? You can essentially consider the frame trash in your valuation.

Why sell it so soon if you’ve spent a year building it?

I wouldn’t buy this at any price. The components are 10 years old and who knows if it’s ever been serviced.

I would have a much better opinion if there wasn’t raw carbon showing through the head tube.

  7. Very little with that trashed frame. You’d be better off hanging the frame on your wall and selling the parts. If you’re getting out of biking, then that’s the way I’d do it. If you’re still riding another bike, keep the parts for spares.
