NGL, that wast entirely his fault, the guy with the camera was on the right and the guy on the left and the old lady completely closed the gap, the guy had nowhere to go. That said, he shouldn’t be going so fast, but even at a lower speed, that would have been very hard if not impossible to avoid

That's why I avoid the groomed trails at all cost. Lots, and lot's of "carvers" pushing high edge angles at high speeds and high Gs. Also, the way skiing is being promoted today as a race, a high risk activity, a quest for speed. It's pretty dangerous out there. Stay away from carvers!
