I once took a Trek 2100 road bike with 28mm tires on gravel. If that counted then this absolutely does.
Virtually any bike can be a gravel bike. You don’t need a fancy $3k Farbon Ciber bike to have fun riding out there. This whole gravel segment was invented by the industry to make some sweet sweet profits.
