i’m 5’5 with incredibly short legs (talkin 28in inseam) and have decided i need to size down from my 52cm allez. found this 2021 liv avail advanced 1 and am wondering if it’s worth the upgrade.

seller has upgraded the wheelset to reynolds carbon tubeless (ar41x) and is selling for $2300, but said she’d move down to $2000 to pop off the left side power meter, which i’d have to replace with a left crank arm.

  1. this is an amazing deal for this bike with those wheels. i would jump on this at $2.3k with the power meter included.

  2. IMHO, no. The 105 pictured is the 5800 series – two generations ago. It’s a fine groupset, but it’s asking a bit much. And the wheelset + powermeter are nice additions, but not $2300 USD nice.

For $2300 USD (or $3200 CAD), you can get a newer model with 12 speed 105 mechanical + warranty

Edit: I also see that the crankset is mismatched lol. Not that it matters but I wonder what happened to the original crankset – is the dura-ace one the powermeter?
