Came with all Shimano parts: brakes, crank, cassette, chain, front & rear hubs.
Was really worried about a getting the unlabeled OEM brakes that plagued the blue models, but ended up not having a single part swapped out. My first MTB, got a 125mm Exa Form dropper but probably should swap for 150mm.
