okay so now we’re going to do the TX Bri cross roundabout another roundabout it’s a small roundabout but it’s people get confused again so the reason they get confused when I ask them to go ahead or on the test when examiner say go ahead they don’t look the road marking so if you look in the road marking Grace the left hand is marked to go left only and we going ahead yeah so use the Middle Lane cuz left lane is for left only yeah and when we move for forward we’re going to keep it to the left check so we’re going to keep it to the left allow the guy on the right hand side he got enough room so he can turn right yeah yeah this is confusing okay let’s go yeah so we keep it nicely to the left yeah so now that guy got enough room on the right so he can turn right yeah okay yeah so if we go straight line you’re actually taking his space and you have to break right and that’s a serious fall okay I see so it’s like a normal roundabout but you have to give a little bit more space for drivers on your right on the right yes and don’t use a left hand lane to go ahead cuz that’s going left only yes okay so we’re going to go back to the roundabout again and we’re going to do right turn this time okay okay so we’re going back to the Twix Rec cross roundabout mhm this time we’re going to go right so when we turn right we stay nice and close to the roundabout so if anybody want was going going ahead so he go enough room so he can go ahead and you can turn right at the same time yeah right so so that’s your sign for the Twix spr cross roundabout so right right please yeah check your mirrors indicate a right lane and for some reason sometime on the test people use a middle Lane to turn right Middle Lane is not for right okay yeah let’s go he’s a blocker there blocker blocker good okay now take your time nice and easy good good indicate left so when we was turning right there the blue car was going ahead so he got enough room so he went straight we turned right so traffic was moving quickly nice so this is one of the roundabout if 10 people go for the test four people fail there right just because of that lane so they try to use the left lane to go ahead or they use the Middle Lane to turn right okay so now I explain all that hope this will help you and you pass your test yeah okay okay

Very informative
Good content
Bruce street bridges roundabout please. Thanks
Thank you making this video.
Kindly do make more videos for all Swindon roundabouts, covering all exits.
And kindly make a separate video explaining about the roundabouts.
Many thanks in advance.
Good description, and useful that it was a wet day. Part of the snag around there at the moment is the fact that a lot of the lane markings are somewhat worn out. Some roundabouts have them painted on when new, but they do not last for long.
A couple of others nearby that can be awkward:
Windmill northbound from M4 J16. It is 2 lane on the approach, with left to Hook street, straight on towards Tewksbury Cross, right to Freshbrook. They have not provided road surface arrows, but I usually use lane 1 for straight on, with 2 being to Freshbrook only. Lane 1 is not painted left only, but there is a risk that someone in lane 2 misinterprets the layout and tries to change lane on the exit.
Fiveways. Technically, it’s single lane all the way round (might not have been when it was new), but the worn out hatch marks etc and the fact that it is wide seems to encourage some to treat it as a 2 lane one and make parallel moves. I appreciate that HGVs & PSVs will make full use of the space available – I’m commenting on cars in the main. Best plan is not to be too far to the left on that one for that reason.
The other point that might be useful is that several roundabouts in the area have a lot of “street furniture” – signs etc, that can obscure the right hand view of a driver re something approaching from the right, and one or two with limited vision on account of curves, light Whitehill/Torun Way. Can be awkward if running a bit fast on the approach then. I can remember doing an emergency stop on Tewksbury Cross when something tried to nip out in front (it stopped as well), around twilight, so it’s driver might not seen me or misjudged the available time.
whats the confusing part 💀
