  1. What app is that? Looks good

Anyhow, 4558 to go to get to 10k km. So I guess I’m not getting it this time. There’s always next year though

Aiming for 200km weekly for the rest of the year, currently on week 12 on this adventure and hoping that I can keep it up til the end of next year.

  3. My goals were 4,000 miles and 150,000 feet of climbing, both of which I’ve hit. So now my stretch goal is 5,000 miles and 300 total activities.

  4. I averaged 2500km last couple years (only ride for lunch break on the days I’m working from home).
The goal was 3000km for 2025, until I broke my elbow last April.
Will try to reach 1000 though.

  5. My goal was 3500 miles for this year. I’m just a hair over 4000 right now. Riding with a group motivated me consistently, and I did a couple short tours that I didn’t expect when I set my original goal. My riding continues when it’s cold outside, but it does decrease. I expect to finish the year around 4300. It’s been an excellent year of cycling for me.

my goal rn is to be able to ride bike again this year.

Had a crash yesterday and my knee is phucked

  7. My goal this year was originally 3000km because I knew it’d be a tough one with work, but I reached that a while ago, so now I’m aiming for 3500km and I’m currently at 3160 km. It should be easy enough to reach, and then next year I need to do more.
I will be signing up for a sportive of 160km in June, so need to get back into shape.

My best year was 2020 with 6500km and 37000 altitude meters, and I’m hoping to reach that again next year with more longer rides. The sportive I’ll be doing also has a 300km distance, so maybe I’d try to aim for that in 2027.

  8. Last year I was just short of 16093.44 km, but that felt like it took too much time, so this year I set a goal of 12000 km.

Just crossed that today in fact. Expect I’ll do 2000 km more this year.

  9. I’ve never set a goal in previous years, but I was just short of 3k miles last year, so I set a weekly minimum goal of 60 miles, which seemed eminently reachable. Currently a few miles shy of 2,500, so I’m nearly on track to meet my goal, surely to get over 3k, but the holidays stand between me and my success. Bugger.

Aimed for 21,000km with 210,000m of elevation gain. Currently at 25,000/300,000 so pretty happy:)

  11. I’m at 4600 miles (7400 km) for the year. I usually don’t set mileage goals, but rather general goals. I did a bunch of longish rides with a reasonable amount of climbing throughout the summer because the weather cooperated and I wanted to, and so I was in decent shape when I got a last-minute opportunity to do a charity ride with a lot of elevation (103 miles, 9400 ft climbing). I believe that I acquitted myself well, so even at my ripe old age, this gal can still put in a good effort.

  12. Not had a goal this year, a few years ago I did 3,650miles (10miles a day was the idea). On 30 December I was 35 miles short so went out at work lunch (a long lunch!!) and ended up having to cycle around the car park 5 times to make sure I made it!!

  13. Almost to 3,000 miles now (2,986 to date) but I haven’t been on a bike since Monday. I will certainly get there and beyond. This year has been my highest mileage since I commuted by bike all year in 2008.

  14. Get a solid headlight* so I’m not missing bike days due to getting home too late

Garmin to gopro so it fits under my computer, and swap-able batteries

  15. Started at 70 miles or 112km per week during the spring it summer, but that was to easy.

Changed to 7000ft or 2100m climbing per week.

  16. I was hoping to get 2500 miles in outdoors before it got too cold, but it’s nearly that cold and I threw out my back yesterday, so 2253 might be it.

  17. Tomorrow, I want to bike 46km, which is the longest ride I will do this year. My health has been declining rapidly this year, and I just want to accomplish this.
